By submitting or managing a listing on CityHub92, you agree to follow these Listing Rules.

1. Eligibility for Listing

To be eligible for listing on CityHub92, a business must:

  • Operate legally within Pakistan
  • Provide a verifiable phone number, address, or service area
  • Offer lawful products or services
  • Submit accurate and honest business information
  • Not be involved in illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities

CityHub92 reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing that does not meet these requirements.

2. Accuracy of Business Information

All submitted information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date, including:

  • Business name
  • Contact details
  • Address or service area
  • Business category
  • Website or social media links
  • Working hours
  • Business description

Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in listing suspension or removal.

3. Photos, Media & Visual Content

Businesses may upload photos or media only if:

  • They own the content or have legal permission to use it
  • The media accurately represents the business, services, or location
  • The content is not misleading

The following are not allowed:

  • Watermarked images
  • Copyrighted content without permission
  • Offensive, deceptive, or unrelated visuals
  • Stock images presented as real business photos

CityHub92 may remove any media that violates these rules.

4. Prohibited Content

Listings must NOT include content related to:

  • Adult, obscene, or sexually explicit material
  • Violence, threats, harassment, or abuse
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
  • Drugs, weapons, gambling, hacking, or counterfeit goods
  • False medical, financial, or legal claims
  • Copyright or trademark violations
  • Content that violates Pakistani laws or public safety standards

If prohibited content is found, CityHub92 may take appropriate action, including listing removal or account suspension.

5. Duplicate Listings

  • Only one listing per business location is allowed
  • Duplicate listings for the same address are not permitted

Businesses with multiple branches may create separate listings only if each branch has:

  • A unique physical address
  • Accurate branch-specific information

6. Reviews & Ratings Policy
