4. Listing Cancellation Policy

a. Free Listings

Free listings may be edited or removed at any time upon request.

b. Paid Listings & Subscriptions

Paid listings or subscription plans may be canceled at any time; however:

• No partial or prorated refunds are provided
• Services remain active until the end of the paid period

5. Advertisement Cancellation

Direct advertisements or banner placements purchased from CityHub92 are considered final sales.

Once approved and published:

• Advertisements cannot be canceled, paused, or refunded

(This does not apply to automated ads served by third-party platforms such as Google AdSense.)

6. Subscription Auto-Renewal

For auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
• Auto-renewal can be disabled through your account or by contacting support
• Payments already processed are non-refundable
